Thom Browne offers a complimentary return service for items within 15 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure that tailored garments and personalized items remain in their original state, as these are final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the 'Check Order' link to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original signature Thom Browne packaging and secure them inside the shipping box, ensuring all original labels and authenticity cards are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid UPS or DHL return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
